Dental surgery is also about unveiling teeth impacted in the bone in order to introduce them to the arch. Implantology

Implants can be used as reconstructive or retention elements. When using implants we can reconstruct all the missing teeth from single gaps by completely toothless jaw (retention).
Implants allow us to perform independent restorations without grinding your teeth. We work on an implant system, which according to our experience meets all the requirements of modern bone implants. Once implants have been instilled, after integration with bone (approx. 2-4 months), we proceed to prosthetics, which is carried out in collaboration with the best prosthetic laboratories.
The treatment is preceded by consultation with a doctor, who on the basis of X-ray examination and accurate diagnostic tests determines the dental conditions and proposes to the patient appropriate implant treatment.
The procedure takes approx. one hour, the dentist cuts alveolar mucosa, where he places the implant and sutures mucous membranes.
The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia. As a result, it is completely painless. After 3-6 months needed to healed wounds and so-called osseointegration (formation of new bone tissue around the implant), connectors are screwed to the implants (also called brackets). Only now you can take the impressions necessary for the implementation of dentures (in the form of crowns or bridges). They are the best and most physiological method of tooth restoration.
